Once processed, you will receive an email confirmation with tracking details.
Shipping Time & Delivery
Standard delivery within Ghana takes 3-7 business days.
Express delivery (if available) takes 1-3 business days.
Delivery times may be affected by factors beyond our control (e.g., weather, courier delays).
Shipping Fees
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on location and shipping method.
Free shipping may be available for orders exceeding a certain amount (as per promotions).
International Shipping
Currently, we only ship within Ghana.
International shipping options will be introduced soon.
Order Tracking
Once your order is shipped, a tracking number will be sent to your email.
You can track your order through our website or the courier’s tracking portal.
Return & Refund Policy
Eligibility for Returns
We accept returns under the following conditions:
Items must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging.
Returns must be requested within 7 days of delivery.
Personalized and perishable items cannot be returned due to their nature.
How to Initiate a Return

Our team will provide return instructions, including the return address.
Ship the item back using a trackable shipping method. The return shipping cost is the customer’s responsibility unless the item is defective or incorrect.
Refund Process
Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you via email.
If approved, refunds will be processed within 5-10 business days to the original payment method.
Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
Exchanges
If you receive a defective or incorrect item, we will replace it free of charge.
For exchanges related to size or style, please return the item and place a new order.
Cancellations
Orders can be canceled within 24 hours if they have not been processed for shipping.
Once shipped, cancellations are not possible, but you may initiate a return upon delivery.
